Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport that focuses on using punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes to score point on your opponent. The system of Kickboxing taught at the school is “Jeet Kune Do Based”. This means it has a heavy focus on using technique, positioning, and leverage to subdue an opponent instead of using brute strength. Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape and is a must have tool in any Mixed Martial Artist arsenal.
